Hi, I'm Tammy René,

I'm the founder of honest to raw, a faith-led coaching practice rooted in biblical Truth, authentic connection + the belief that one honest conversation can cultivate the breakthrough you've been searching for.

Long before I became a coach, I was simply someone who loved people.

As a little girl, I discovered a love for writing + poetry. Words became a way to process life, express hope + encourage others. That passion has remained with me ever since + continues to shape how I serve today as a writer, speaker + coach.

Over the years, Abba Father has gently cultivated my heart through many different seasons. Following my first divorce, I had the opportunity to serve on mission trips to Haiti, where my perspective, + my heart, were forever changed. I later volunteered in outreach efforts for women impacted by human trafficking in Dallas + Detroit + had the privilege of speaking at a safe house in Detroit in 2015.

No matter where life took me… whether living in Texas, Oregon, North Carolina, or Michigan… I found myself inviting women to coffee, listening to their stories, building meaningful friendships + creating space for honest conversations. Looking back, I can see that Abba was preparing me for this calling long before I recognized it.

My own journey has also been one of deep refinement. Through broken + abusive relationships, divorce, wounded identity, struggles with self-worth + seasons of hidden healing, Abba faithfully restored what I thought had been lost. He taught me that growth often begins beneath the surface, where roots grow deep before the harvest is ever seen.

As I continued investing in my own healing + completing multiple coaching programs, what began as personal restoration became a calling to walk alongside other women.

Today, I help women move from survival mode into healing, restored identity + purpose through biblical Truth. My heart is to create a safe place where women feel seen, heard, encouraged + equipped to move forward with clarity, confidence + hope.

The wheat in my logo is a reminder of that journey. Years before Honest to Raw became a coaching ministry, Abba placed two simple words on my heart: His Harvest. I didn't fully understand them then, but today they remind me that every season of planting, waiting, pruning + refining has purpose. Even the hidden seasons are preparing us for the work He has planned.
